I meant to order crispy rolls but ordered spring rolls by accident. So that was a disappointment. The sandwiches were not that crispy or tasty.

I’m sorry, but it was not like the banh mi that I used to get there, which tasted fresh and light and flavorful. This was heavy, greasy and unpleasant and I was disappointed that you don’t carry the lemongrass satay anymore.

We ordered a Vermicelli bowl with a couple other items but received a chicken bahn mi sandwich instead of the bowl. It was all wrapped up for pickup so I did not noticed until later. Also the prices listed at the counter are about 30% less than the online ordering prices - a tip to anyone ordering, call it in instead. I like this place but I am afraid that the quality and service have diminished a noticeable amount.

Food was okay, much better before they closed and re-opened.
Only half my ordered was made even though the store was not busy.
$ 3-4.50 extra per item online because “third party charges us” seems crazy especially since they charge a 3 dollar service fee online as well.

Good was good but could use more veggies or flavors (mint or peanuts) on the vermicelli bowel. It seemed like a small serving for $19.00

We loved the "Banh Mi-Classic Cold Cut" in a "Vietnamese Baguette".
Will they be available soon? Sub Rolls are not worthy.

Decided last minute to swing by and grab a Banh Mi Dac Biet.

If you know how they're supposed to be made, you know these are perfect.

I will definitely be back.
